Clinic Main - Quartz Cubes

Quartz #2: Head to the east wing, go left, pick up the hemolytic, and run through the operating room. Go left and pick up Security bracelet 1. Return downstairs, go through the waiting room, and smash vases on the right for ammo. Open a shortcut. Loop around through the operating room and back through the waiting room upstairs. Past where the bracelet was, get corrosive from the conference room, along with two ammo pickups. Pour corrosive on the lock for the next quartz (Star, Sun, Moon, Sun). Return downstairs, place the quartz, and save in the security room.

Quartz #3: Run past the kitchen door, open the blue security door, and grab a green herb. Enter the cherub door on the left, pick up the wrench next to the typewriter, and save. Run past the cherub door into the garage, picking up lungs and handgun ammo. Return, take out the driver, and pick up an herb and ammo. Return to the cherub room and save (approximately 26 minutes). Go upstairs through the office, break a box for handgun ammo, and pick up an herb. Go downstairs, hit the chef with the hemolytic, and open the door to the right to get the heart. Return to the security office and save (approximately 28 minutes). Open the organ box: hit the dial, set the slide to Mid-Mark, then 5, then 2, then the dial again. Go to the E. Wing operating room and take out three zombies. Place the organs, kill the zombie (Requiem shot is easiest), and pick up the level 2 security band. Run to the isolation ward + office, pick up an herb, and note the code on the desk. Get the Level 3 security bracelet. Return to the security office for the kid and pick up a green herb. Save (approximately 31 minutes). Run through the waiting room and back to the office, killing zombies and collecting ammo. Return to the office door and venture into the hole.

Underground and Courtyard Sections

In the underground section, run down the hallway to a lit room to save (approximately 41 minutes). Enter the cell block and get the first joint plug. Return to the start, insert the plug, and push the crate. Squeeze through the fence, pick up a tool, return to the fence, and combine herbs. Loop around to the train girl and go through the fence. Grab the next joint plug and run back to the light room to save (approximately 44 minutes). Run to the workshop, insert the plug, use the tool on the vent, crawl through, and grab the next plug. Return through the vent and pick up the workshop plug. Run back to the light room and save. Run to the collection pool, kill the zombie covering the panel, open it, and insert two joint plugs. Crawl through the pipe, pick up an herb, and climb the ladder. Pick up the lift key, use it, and collect bullets and a pouch. Return down the ladder and through the pipes. Grab two joint plugs on the way out and return to the light room to save (approximately 48 minutes). Run back to the workshop, crawl through the vent, and use the plug and lift key. Follow bodies to break into an aisle, pick up ammo, and move a cart. Use this shortcut to flip the switch controlling the bodies. Return through the shortcut, follow bodies along the assembly line, and save. Drain the pool, climb the ladder, collect ammo and a Molotov, and survive. Grab the third plug, climb back to save, and crawl through the vent. Pick up a green herb and combine. Return to the workshop, go through the vent, and pick up the plug. Return through the vent and go through the window, pick up the last plug, and use three at the block. Get Emily, run back to the elevator, push the bag, and ride up. Use the door when she appears. Run back to the security office and save (approximately 58 minutes). Use the last quartz on the door and exit.

In the Courtyard, run into the house and the VIP room. Solve the bottle of wine puzzle for the helix. Plug the helix into the center podium and ride the elevator down. Save (approximately 1 hour). Run downstairs through the lab, back up the stairs, and into the operating room. Pick up the helicopter key and interact with the computer to open the door. Save. Run back down the stairs, progress to the end, loop around, and follow the path back up the stairs, through the window, and back to the helicopter, hugging the left side to dodge.

Water Plant and City (Leon)

Follow the linear path in the Water Plant, go up the stairs, and back to open the shutter. Save (approximately 1 hour 9 minutes). Pick up an injector and bullets, then try to open the hatch. Drop down and pick up bullets (use the Requiem for this section). Go to the left section with the stiff handle first, use a Requiem shot to stun, and crank it. Go to the section farthest from this area, past the switchboard, and into a closet. Pick up the crank handle and return. Use a Requiem shot and crank it. Go to the last section on the left, use Requiem if needed, and crank it. Use the elevator to escape and press the hatch button. Back to the shutter area with Emily. Save (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes).

In the City as Leon, go to the intersection, hang a right, and enter the Hotel archway. Push through the turning doors. For the Spider Fight, slash two webs, go near the boss, and retreat to where you came in. Run through the next door, up the stairs, slashing spiders, and proceed to the ladder. Kill the spider and proceed. Go up the subway platform, up the stairs, and through the turnstile. Run left of the cutscene to the tent, turn on the generator, and read the document. Save. Stock up if needed (case upgrade and all ammo recommended). Hit the button, search the crate while it's lifting, and enter the warehouse. Shoot down a wooden crate, climb the ladder, and progress on the shelves. Shoot down the next crate and cross. Enter the door, pick up apartment keys, exit, and climb the ladder. Keep progressing past the generator and climb the next ladder. Pick up the distributor, use binoculars, and head down the elevator (Save) (approximately 1 hour 22 minutes).

Sewage Plant and Apartments

Take the gate next to the elevator, continue down the stairs, and through the hallway. Enter the blue door and go down the hole. Enter the sewage plant, drop down, and 180 to find the crank. Drop zombies to you and kill them before they mutate. Kill zombies, finish cranking to make the bridge, and get the battery. Return up, turn right into the water, climb the ladder, and progress to the end of the area. Get the second battery, climb the ladder, and return to the electrical box to open the shutter. Exit the shutter, hang left towards the bodies (cutscene), and activate the girder shortcut on the right of the gap. Return to camp, open the BSAA crate for a repair kit, and save (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes).

Return across the girder, stay left to shoot down the ladder, and enter the gas station. Proceed through, pick up a can, return to the main area, and clear it. Fill up at the crank in the back (smash crates for ammo). Head into the apartments where the dead BSAA are and go up the stairs. Pass the crank slot, drop down, and crank ASAP, then retrace steps. Now you can open the crank slot and head up the ladder. Head up the stairs to the roof, pass through zombies, and watch for the mortar. Climb up the ladder to the roof near the mortar and take the ladder on the back. Grab the receiver, retrace your steps to the street, and across the girder. Buy armor and meds, and save at the camp (approximately 1 hour 40 minutes).

RPD and Orphanage Sections

Head back up the elevator next to the camp. Drop down the ladder, fuel the generator, and zipline across. Head right, up the stairs, turn left, then right, and go up the ramp. Break the boards covering the window, climb through, and cross the beam. Shoot more boards, jump through, turn left, and look at boards on the ceiling. Head to the end, down into the elevator, and watch for elevator cars. Progress, shoot glass out from below the cabinet to make a ramp, and proceed up. Continue for the last part of the relay, then go into the doorway and save. Exit the save point, cross the bridge to the left, and proceed. Continue forward and up the stairs, keeping an eye out for more stairs. Past some zombies, one will be upstairs with a bomb. Continue to the top, slide down, and crank the wheel. Continue across the bridge, to the right, then drop into the ambush zone. Continue linearly, up the stairs, and past the chainsaw guy. Hit the other wheel crank and ride the lift. At the bottom, pass the water, go up the ramp, and jump the gap to open the shortcut. Run back to camp, repair armor if necessary, and save (approximately 1 hour 50 minutes). Blow the gate for the Motorcycle part.

In the RPD, proceed through the west office and exit. Make a left up the hallway, then another left. Shoot down the ladder, climb it, and enter the library. Grab the jack from the bookcases in the back. Head up the stairs and drop down the balcony through the door. Go to the opposite side with the jack and open the metal shutter. Head left then right and proceed to the flashback.

In the Orphanage as the child, leave the room and peep the open door. Return to the room and hide under the bed. Wait for the children to leave, then proceed through the nursery up the hall. Go downstairs and hide under the table. Enter the door they open, peek the corner with the children, then return to the doorway to de-spawn them. Enter where the children were blocking, turn on the lamp, and look at the locked floorboard. Open the drawer next to the lamp and climb to get the key. The kid will fall where the hatch is, so backtrack and hide behind the boxes past the desk. Wait for them to leave, run to the hatch, and go down the ladder. Follow the path to the back of the chapel, a door will open, reach for a ladder, hit a 180, and pull a lever. Backtrack to an open cell, pull out the casket near the gate. Climb them and over the fence to the fire poker, open the gate. Return to the ladder and climb. Proceed linearly to the projector and spam through the slides.

ARK and Final Confrontations

Return from the hallway in RPD and you'll see Mr. T. Follow the room he opened, up the stairs to make the leap. Continue through the hallway into the room where a beam pokes through the wall. Immediately 180 and follow the hallway back to the chief’s office. Train him around the room and exit from the hole he made. Progress to the back wall and leave. Cut to the right through the gun shop, pick up materials and ammo, and save (approximately 2 hours 15 minutes). Fight Mr. T (aim for the heart). Enter the orphanage and drop down. Follow the path in the sewer to a doorway, climb out the grate. Keep following the main path, then stay down the stairs and enter the train car. Shoot the plant and continue forward down the ramps. Pass through the train cars and rappel down the rope. Keep following the path and shoot the two plants. Keep running and take out the two massive vine plants. Kill the boss and enter the ARK.

In the ARK, follow the path. At the first branch, you can take a left to stock up on supplies. Leave this room, go down the stairs to the big room, and interact with the screen in the past room. Turn around, kill the BSAA agents, exit the room, and make a right. Clear out the agents, take the ladder, and clear out the rest (you can use the licker in the tank). Exit the room, make a right, go up the stairs, and fight the commander. Use parry and counter frequently; you can pick up supplies in the room after. Progress forward.

As Grace in the ARK, run past Leon and get boosted up. Drop down from the vent. Run up to the next save point (approximately 2 hours 30 minutes). Go through the sterilization chamber to chemical storage, get the acid and override key, and get a shortcut on the way back. Backtrack past the save point and use the override key, then grab the magnetic key. Save. Go back to the sterilization/containment area and use the magnetic key. Enter the cleanroom, rush to the back, and get the animus orb from the case. Backtrack to save (approximately 2 hours 36 minutes). Enter the lobby, place the animus orb in the interface. Go through the north door, downstairs to bioweapons. Walk through the next room and up the stairs. Get the noblesse orb from the crate and save. Backtrack and place the orb in the lobby and progress.

As Leon in the ARK, follow the path forward. Stop across the bigger room for a quick save or stock-up. Proceed up the stairs towards where you need an override key. Hit a 180 from there and go through the door. Proceed down the stairs and either kill or run past the lickers. Drop down and proceed forward to the red button and hit it. This opens a new pathway, which should be followed. Go through the door and hit the next red button. Follow the new path, go up the stairs, grab the override key, and continue through the door. Cut left and return to the override key area, place it, and wait for the elevator. Use the barrels to blow up the lickers, use guns and other barrels for zombies. Ride the elevator and progress forward. Switch over to Grace and progress to Leon. Release Elpis, which is necessary for the speed demon challenge. Fight Victor; weaken him until he drops the RPG and hit him. For Nemesis, start by shooting arm blobs. Use the submachine gun on blobs on the ground, then heavy hitters like the shotgun or rifle for the main portion, parrying throughout.
